Vat is charged to all UK customers.
Vat is charged to all EC customers who are not registered for VAT in their own country.
Vat is not charged to EC customers who are registered for VAT in their own country.
Vat is not charged to any customer outside of the European community.
Some customers based outside of the European Community may have to pay import duty in their own country.

Buyers

Payment: All equipment brokered through dknoise is on a prepayment basis only.

Condition of equipment: All equipment should be in full working order unless otherwise indicated. dknoise carries no warranty stated or implied unless agreed at the time of sale. The condition of equipment is stated as the seller has represented it to us. Equipment can be returned to the seller - (at the sellers cost) - if the condition is not as described by seller in advance.

Shipping: The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
All equipment purchased through dknoise is shipped prepaid and insured (for full value) at the cost of the buyer who can arrange collection by their own shipping company if they wish.
Please check all equipment upon arrival and initiate any damage claims immediately with the shipper. Please notify dknoise of any transit damage which has occurred immediately.

Inspection Period: Buyers have 2 working days to fully check and test equipment. If there are any problems, dknoise must be notified within 2 working days of receipt of goods.

Mediation: In the event of any and all challenges regarding a sale, dknoise will act as mediator and will hold funds until an agreement is reached and fault determined.

Returning Goods: In the event the Buyer wishes to return the goods, return freight (insured) is the responsibility of the buyer. The seller is only liable for return freight if one of the following applies:
• Goods are damaged due to improper packing.
• Condition of goods are not as described by the seller.
• Equipment is not in working order as described by the seller.


Sellers

By selling equipment through dknoise used pro audio equipment sales and brokering service you agree and guarantee the following;

Sale price: The seller sets the sale price.

Communication: The seller agrees to respond to dknoise in a timely manner.

Images: The seller guarantees that all images supplied to dknoise are of the actual item for sale, and accurately portray the condition of the goods.

Payment: Payment is made to the seller by bank transfer upon receipt and approval of goods by the buyer, less any commission payments due to dknoise (normally 10% of sale price).

Shipping: Seller agrees to ship equipment (fully insured) to the Buyer (at the buyers expense) if necessary - upon notification that payment has been received by dknoise. Seller agrees to package all equipment safely for delivery to the Buyer. Please Note: Liability is with the seller and the carriage company for damage caused as a result of insufficient packing and/or damage incurred in transit to the Buyer. Seller agrees to repair or replace goods, or refund full purchase price (and shipping costs) if notified of a defect by the buyer via dknoise due to improper packing. In the event that it is deemed the shipping damage is not the fault of the seller dknoise will pay the seller as agreed. Safe packing is very important in order to avoid return of equipment.

Mediation: In the event of any and all challenges regarding a sale, dknoise will act as mediator and will hold funds until an agreement is reached and fault determined. In the event that the equipment sold by the seller was either misrepresented or damage occurred due to negligence by the seller dknoise reserves the right to charge the seller up to £75 in labour costs incurred by dknoise as well as a 10% mark up of all materials, parts, labour and shipping to rectify the challenge and complete the sale in the stated condition.

Claims: dknoise is not responsible for any claims made against the seller regarding equipment sold. Seller shall indemnify and hold dknoise harmless from any claims, loss demands, litigation or judgements concerning the condition of the equipment or the misinformation or concealment of any material fact concerning the equipment supplied to dknoise by the seller.

Condition of equipment: All used equipment should be in full working order (unless otherwise stated by the seller in advance) and described accurately and objectively. The Seller should inform dknoise of any changes to the status of the equipment for sale on their behalf: ie:change in price, condition, if sold elsewhere, and equipment availability.

Inspection period: Upon arrival at the buyers delivery address the Buyer has 2 working days to inspect and approve the goods or return them in the event that they prove to be unsatisfactory or not as described by seller. The Seller is responsible for return freight costs if the condition of the equipment does not match the description provided by the seller to dknoise in advance of any sale. Upon the Buyers purchase being accepted dknoise will issue payment to the seller within two working days.

Returns: In the event it is deemed by dknoise that the problems incurred to the sold equipment received by the buyer are due to the seller’s misrepresentation, the Seller agrees to repair or replace or refund the full purchase price as well as the shipping costs in a timely manner to the Buyer.

On all sales made by direct negotiation by dknoise on behalf of the seller, the seller (if seller collects the moneys owed seller) agrees to pay dknoise the agreed upon commission within one week of dknoise’s invoice to Seller. In the event that dknoise introduces Buyer to Seller, Seller agrees to sell to Buyer using the services of dknoise.

IMPORTANT: By allowing dknoise to sell your equipment, the seller confirms that they hold legal title to the goods they are selling, that they are free from any and all financial incumbents, are in satisfactory working order (unless otherwise stated) and that the condition of the equipment is described and listed accurately to the best of the seller's knowledge. By allowing dknoise to sell your equipment, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
